Business Development Manager (B2B) | AI Solutions | Batumi, Georgia Voice Consulting is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell AI solutions to companies across Georgia. We build and deploy: AI receptionists and AI voice agents CRM, sales, and marketing automation Internal process optimization Systems that raise revenue and cut manual work What you will do Source and win B2B clients Talk to owners and executives Run meetings and product presentations Qualify business needs and scope the solution Own the deal from first contact to signed contract Keep the CRM clean and current Represent Voice Consulting at industry events Who we are looking for Fluent Georgian Strong Russian English is an advantage Background in sales, negotiations, or business development You build client relationships and you like selling What we offer Base salary plus a high percentage of every paid project Additional bonus for clients you bring in yourself Training on our AI products Live projects across hospitality, real estate, retail, and services A path into a senior commercial role Work format: Batumi, hybrid (office, client meetings, remote) To apply, send: CV A short summary of your sales experience A 60-second audio or video introduction Your level of Georgian, Russian, and English
