We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team, manage relationships with our international partner network, and support the growth of our global money transfer system. Your Impact: • Manage Partner Accounts: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of international partners, ensuring service quality, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships. • Lead Negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and contracts with partners to secure favorable conditions and long-term collaboration. • Grow the International System: Support the expansion of IntelExpress's international money transfer network by identifying and onboarding new partners and corridors. • Strengthen Existing Alliances: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders to maximize revenue and ensure mutual satisfaction. • Track Progress and Performance: Monitor transaction volumes and account performance, analyze data, and report on the status and effectiveness of partner accounts. • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with the Business Development Manager and other departments to align on strategy and ensure smooth account operations. Your Skills: • Exceptional Communication: You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and influence partners at all levels. • Negotiation Prowess: You have a proven ability to negotiate effectively and reach agreements that work for both sides. • Relationship Builder: You are strong at building and maintaining relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with partners. • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple partner accounts effectively, keeping track of details, deadlines, and follow-ups. • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with CRM tools and other business software, enabling you to manage data and track progress effectively. Qualifications: • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential. • Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development is an advantage. • A strong understanding of the financial services industry or a related niche is advantageous. • Fluency in Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English is required. Business Center "Mosaics" • Working Hours: Monday – Friday - 10:00-19:00 / break 1 hour • Benefits: Health Insurance / Unlimited cell phone service Salary Range: GEL 2 000 – 3 000 (net) / according qualification and experience.
