## Job description

Business Litigation Associate Location: Atlanta, GA A leading international law firm is seeking 4th–6th year Associates to join its award-winning Business Litigation practice in Atlanta. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside nationally recognised trial lawyers on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial disputes for major corporate clients. The role offers meaningful responsibility from day one, significant client exposure and the opportunity to develop within one of the country’s premier litigation practices. Key Responsibilities Represent corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters Manage discovery and support all phases of sophisticated litigation Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy Assist with depositions, witness preparation and trial preparation Work closely with partners and clients on high-profile disputes Collaborate within lean litigation teams to deliver exceptional client service Who You Are 4th–6th year associate Experience in complex commercial litigation Strong discovery and trial preparation experience Experience gained at a large law firm or respected civil litigation boutique Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills Excellent academic credentials Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction Compensation Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE) Benefits Competitive compensation package, bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits within a collaborative, nationally recognised litigation practice.
