## Job description

About the Company: "Super" is the largest importer, wholesaler, and retailer of household items and toys in Georgia, as well as the exclusive representative and official partner of numerous global brands. "Super" operates through 12 physical retail spaces and an e-commerce platform. For more information, visit our website: https://superstore.ge/ "Super" currently employs nearly 400 team members and is actively looking for a new team member for the position of Buyer / Purchasing Manager . Key Responsibilities: Developing the annual purchasing plan for sales inventory, making purchases, and monitoring the supply chain process. Participating in pricing strategy (base pricing) and developing recommended sales prices. Analyzing sales data, identifying slow-moving items, and collaborating on sales promotion initiatives. Participating in daily, seasonal, and holiday discount planning, including generating promotional product pricing. Analyzing the local market — monitoring competitors’ product ranges and pricing strategies. Expanding the product assortment based on sales performance and current market trends. Staying informed on product features (both existing and new) and sharing this knowledge with relevant departments. Managing inventory levels in coordination with relevant structural units. Participating in processes related to managing defective products. Preparing, system entering, and archiving purchasing-related documentation. Preparing periodic and ad-hoc analytical reports. Requirements: Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (specifically in commercial purchasing) is required. Prior experience in the same product domain (Home, Household Goods & Textiles) will be considered a major advantage. Higher education degree (in Economics, Business, or Finance). English language proficiency at B2 level (for both written and verbal communication) is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel . Personal Attributes: Agile and analytical mindset. Strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to plan and manage time and work processes effectively. High sense of responsibility. Team player with strong collegial values.
