For more information, please visit the company`s website: www.maqro.ge We are looking for an active, customer-oriented, and results-driven Call Center Operator to join our growing real estate team. Work Location: 30 Noe Ramishvili Street, Tbilisi, Georgia Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 Compensation: Negotiable based on qualifications + bonus system If customer satisfaction is important to you, you have strong communication skills, and you are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to consider your application. Key Responsibilities: ** Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients for sales purposes; ** Identifying potential clients` needs and interests and presenting relevant offers; ** Providing customers with competent and detailed consultations regarding the company`s current construction projects; ** Guiding interested customers through the sales process and scheduling meetings; ** Managing customer messages and chats received through social media channels; ** Recording customer data, call outcomes, and sales activities in the CRM system; ** Conducting follow-up communication with potential clients and maintaining ongoing engagement. Qualifications & Requirements: ** Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian; knowledge of Turkish or Azerbaijani will be considered an advantage; ** Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment; ** Previous experience in sales; ** Experience in the construction or real estate industry will be considered an advantage; ** Basic knowledge of MS Office; ** Experience working with CRM systems is preferred. Personal Skills: ** Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills; ** Strong focus on sales growth and achieving results; ** High sense of responsibility; ** Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills; ** Ability to work effectively as part of a team; ** Effective time-management skills.
