## Job description

The Casino Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while executing accurate and secure financial transactions. Key duties include managing cash, chips, and other monetary instruments, maintaining precise financial records, and ensuring strict compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. Main Responsibilities: Greet customers in a polite, friendly, and welcoming manner. Provide clear and accurate information regarding financial transactions and casino services. Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Execute a wide range of financial transactions accurately, including chip cashouts, fund deposits and disbursements, marker issuances, voucher redemptions, and currency exchanges. Maintain complete and accurate reporting and documentation in accordance with company policies. Comply strictly with gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Identify and refer suspicious transactions to the appropriate management or compliance representative. Stay up to date on the company's financial policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with other casino personnel—including dealers, supervisors, and security—to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (additional financial training is a plus). Experience: Previous experience managing a cash register or handling cash operations; background in a bank or financial institution is a strong advantage. Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude, analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Composure: Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming regulations and AML policies will be considered an advantage. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in both English and Turkish
