Role Description The Cashier Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This role is responsible for processing customer purchases accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, and maintaining orderly and secure cash registers. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, answering basic questions about products, issuing receipts, and managing returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The Cashier Consultant also supports the sales team by providing courteous service, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and reporting any discrepancies in transactions or inventory. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company procedures are essential to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications Cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operation, and transaction reconciliation skills. Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Attention to detail, basic numeracy, and accuracy in data entry. Ability to stand for extended periods, manage a fast-paced environment, and multitask. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred. Basic knowledge or interest in wine and winery products is an advantage. Reliability, integrity, and a professional, service-oriented attitude. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi and to follow company policies and procedures.
