Casino Manager

Otium Casino is seeking an experienced and dynamic Casino Manager to oversee all aspects of casino operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gaming management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering a premium entertainment experience for our patrons Operations Management: Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of the casino floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Manage gaming staff, including dealers, supervisors, and support personnel. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in gaming laws. Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue targets, and cost control. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Security and Safety: Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. Implement and enforce security protocols. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop casino staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and events to drive traffic and revenue. Implement strategies to attract new patrons and retain existing ones. Qualifications: Proven experience in casino management at least 10 years. Minimum 3 years of experience working on the same position. Knowledge of English and Turkish is the must. In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and industry best practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
