Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Diploma, Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing. Required licenses and certifications: ACLS, BLS, and RN certification (single state or multi-state compact). All certifications must be current upon hire, with some certifications requiring renewal within 180 days.
