Shuttle Service from Tbilisi to village Natakhtari and back. Gift products at the end of each month. Main Responsibilities: Collect and verify keg movement data received from distributors on a daily basis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Identify problematic outlets and customers based on data analysis and performance trends. Initiate corrective actions in coordination with the Sales team and distributors. Prepare periodic reports and present findings to management; identify process inefficiencies and communicate relevant information to stakeholders for further action. Coordinate all parties involved in the planning and execution of keg, pallet, and crate inventories. Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams on the process of charging distributors for lost assets. Support the monthly physical inventory and asset-counting process for coolers and draft dispensing equipment. Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of asset databases. Provide the team with relevant data and analytical insights to support commercial decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvement in keg utilization processes and develop recommendations to enhance asset efficiency. Support efficient keg circulation by ensuring the timely return of empty kegs from the market, minimizing the need for additional capital investments, and supporting production continuity. Participate in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. We are looking for a candidate with: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar role or field. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical thinking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
