About the position: We are looking for a Certification Manager who will be responsible for managing the Certification team and ensuring timely and compliant product certification across all target markets. The role focuses on determining certification and testing requirements, coordinating with certification bodies, testing laboratories, government authorities and external experts, and providing internal teams with guidance on product certification, regulatory and labeling requirements. Responsibilities: Manage the Certification team and coordinate certification activities. Determine the required testing standards and certificates for products in the company portfolio. Determine the necessary product marking and labeling requirements. Research and identify reliable information sources related to product certification and regulatory requirements. Search for and coordinate with consultants and certification experts when required. Process incoming requests and applications for confirmation of product conformity . Interact with certification bodies and testing laboratories across the EU, Ukraine, CIS, Middle East and China. Interact with relevant government bodies regarding product certification and conformity requirements. Search for and evaluate new service providers for certification and testing. Identify opportunities to optimize certification-related costs . Maintain an up-to-date database of certificates . Provide consultation and expert guidance to company employees on product certification requirements . Support internal teams with information regarding applicable regulatory, certification and labeling standards . Required experience and skills: 1+ year of relevant professional experience in product certification or a related field. Good understanding of testing requirements and certification procedures for electronics and wireless electronics. Knowledge of relevant requirements, including TR RED and UA TR 355 . Knowledge of product marking and labeling requirements. Knowledge of legislation and legal requirements related to the certification of products for release into circulation in the EU, Ukraine and EAEU (CU) . Good understanding of product certification procedures . Experience interacting with government bodies . Strong research skills and the ability to find, verify and check relevant information independently . Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and ability to manage certification-related tasks in a timely manner. Fluent English and Russian and/or Ukrainian .
