Obtain labs, administer seasonal vaccines, and manage exam room readiness by cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. Handle front office responsibilities such as registration, scheduling, insurance authorization, and payment collection. Respond to triage calls, document interactions, and consult with healthcare providers as necessary. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Medical Assisting certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or MEDCA) required upon hire. Current BLS certification. Minimum one year outpatient experience preferred, with specific skills in phlebotomy, EKG, and manual BP. Valid driver’s license if working in virtual care or wellness programs.
