Key Responsibilities Maintain accuracy in patient testing, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency assessments. Ensure correct specimen identification and documentation of QA investigations. Report laboratory data accurately within established turnaround times. Interpret and analyze lab data, correlating findings with clinical information. Monitor and resolve testing issues, adhering to department protocols. Contribute to performance improvements, inspection readiness, and testing method evaluations. Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Participate in meetings, educational activities, and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or related field; Master’s preferred. Certifications such as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent required upon hire. Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred. Proficiency in data entry, computer skills, and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
