Chief Accountant at Coteccons Construction (Tbilisi). Deadline 11 October.
11 October Coteccons Construction , one of Vietnam`s leading construction companies with over 20 years of experience, is looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team at our head office in Tbilisi. The company delivers large-scale residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, applies modern construction technologies and works with international partners. Coteccons is currently implementing a number of significant projects in Georgia, reflecting its long-term vision, high ambitions and active involvement in the development of the Georgian construction sector. We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional who is eager to grow, work to international standards and collaborate with experienced specialists. Position: Chief Accountant Location: 37 Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi Employment type: Full-time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial accounting and control ** Organise and manage the full accounting cycle in accordance with IFRS and local standards ** Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial documentation ** Monitor cost and revenue structures on a project-by-project basis ** Oversee banking operations Tax management: ** Prepare and submit all tax declarations ** Identify and mitigate tax risks ** Act as the company`s point of contact with the tax authorities Documentation and reporting: ** Collect and verify primary accounting documentation: contracts, invoices, VAT invoices, acceptance acts, procurement records, inventory write-offs, production reports and other required documents ** Prepare and present tax reports and other financial information to management upon request ** Carry out other related tasks assigned by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Essential ** Higher education in Finance or Accounting ** A minimum of 5 years` experience as an accountant, specifically within a construction company ** High proficiency in both Georgian and English. English is the company`s primary language of communication, and must be strong enough for day-to-day work, correspondence and reporting ** Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software ** Solid knowledge of Georgian tax and financial legislation ** A strong sense of responsibility and well-developed analytical skills ** Experience of teamwork and process management Considered an advantage ** Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, 1C, SAP Business One or similar) WORKING CONDITIONS: ** Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday ** Place of work: 37 Shota Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi ** Remuneration is determined by mutual agreement, in line with the candidate`s qualifications.
