Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of chief electrical engineer at dairy manufacturing plant in Tbilisi. Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of electrical specialists, providing guidance, and mentorship Provide technical leadership for the electrical engineering direction Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, water, gas) Oversee operation and maintenance of steam boiler systems, transformer substations (>1000V); water treatment facilities Maintain and repair energy equipment Participate in installation and commissioning of new systems Lead and implement energy efficiency projects to reduce consumption and optimize costs Manage and supervise technical personnel Candidate profile: Higher education in Engineering (Power, Mechanical, or related field) 5+ years of hands-on experience with steam boilers, high-voltage transformer substations (>1000V), medium- and high-pressure compressors in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferably food production) Proven experience in implementing energy efficiency projects (real cases required) and water treatment systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Team management experience Georgian and English proficiency PC proficiency What We Offer PepsiCo is a business built on iconic brands, an international reach, but above all incredible people.
