Solid Sales and commercial leadership experience, with a track record of driving revenue and managing key client or investor relationships. Extensive executive-level leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-phase projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
