This person will sit at the center of the Company's investment decisions: which markets we enter, which projects we back, what we fund, what we exit, and where we can unlock additional value. This is a high-level leadership role with direct influence over capital allocation, investment decisions, financial strategy, and the Company's next phase of growth. What you will own Financial strategy and planning - long-term financial planning, cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements Investment direction - where the Group deploys capital next, and on what evidence Capital raising and structuring across debt, equity, and project finance Commercial appraisal of developments, acquisitions, and new business lines Margin, cost, and operational efficiency across Group operations and subsidiaries Group reporting, treasury, tax, and controls across multiple jurisdictions What we're looking for 10+ years of senior finance leadership within real estate, development, investment, or holding structures A track record of shaping growth and investment decisions, not only executing them Proven experience in capital raising, financing, and deal structuring Strong understanding of financial modelling, investment appraisal, and commercial analysis Experience managing multi-jurisdictional finance, treasury, tax, reporting, and controls Instinct for where value is created and where it leaks Entrepreneurial mindset - takes positions, builds systems, and owns outcomes Fluent English is required If you are a finance leader who wants to shape investment decisions, build value, and help drive the Company's next phase of growth, we would like to hear from you.
