Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the IT and Digital Transformation Strategy. Lead enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations. Oversee investment technology, treasury, financial management, and enterprise systems. Drive digital innovation, data analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. Ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance, and information security. Manage technology projects, budgets, vendors, and high-performing IT teams. Qualifications Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
