Role Description This full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role is based in Tbilisi and focuses on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for infrastructure and development projects. The Civil Engineer will perform civil engineering design, including detailed plans, calculations, and technical documentation for roads, utilities, and site development. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, planners, and other engineers, preparing design reports, supporting stormwater management and drainage design, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves participating in project planning activities, reviewing construction drawings, supporting site inspections, and collaborating with project teams to address technical issues and maintain project timelines and quality. Qualifications Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, including preparation of plans, calculations, and technical specifications. Experience as Civil Engineers in multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with architecture and planning disciplines. Planning skills related to infrastructure, land development, and urban or regional projects. Stormwater Management expertise, including drainage design, flood mitigation, and related modeling or analysis. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. Proficiency with relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools). Strong understanding of local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and with clients.
