This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in client management, communication, and business operations. What You'll Do Client Relationships • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact. • Join scheduled client calls to understand client goals and expectations. Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with our internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requests. • Keep clients informed of progress, next steps, and any updates relevant to their account. Client Retention & Support • Resolve issues proactively, before they escalate. • Help improve client retention by ensuring a consistently strong client experience. What We're Looking For •Excellent written and spoken English. •Strong communication and organizational skills. •Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. •Able to work independently and manage your own schedule around confirmed call times. Engagement Type & Compensation •Competitive pay package. •Part-time, with call times scheduled and confirmed in advance.
