## Job description

Hi! We are Neginski, an international data-driven real estate agency. Over the past six years, we have built a team of over 220 people, established operations in 10 countries, and opened offices in Moscow and Dubai. And now open one more office in the heart of Tbilisi. In the last three years alone, we have closed deals totaling over $1 billion. Your responsibilities: Handling inbound inquiries and identifying the needs of clients from the US and Europe; Conducting online consultations and guiding clients through every stage of the transaction; Selecting the best solutions for client needs in collaboration with the company’s specialists; Negotiating, handling objections, and guiding clients to deal closure; Meeting and exceeding sales targets and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. What you need to succeed: At least 1 year of experience in high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C); Experience in negotiation and successfully closing deals; English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (experience communicating with English-speaking clients is a plus); A systematic approach and strong self-organization skills; An interest in international real estate.
