## Job description

Position Overview Location: Georgia Office, Remote-capable within Georgia or on-site as required Working Hours: 19:00 – 07:00 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 8 hour – 2 shift pattern Contract Type: Full-time Reports To: Operations / Recruitment Team Lead Languages Required: Fluent German and/or Polish (spoken and written), with strong English for internal communication Role Purpose The Clinical Trial Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to German- and Polish-speaking individuals who have expressed interest in participating in clinical trials. Using approved scripts and protocols, the agent explains the opportunity, assesses initial interest, conducts basic eligibility screening, accurately records information, and books or transfers suitable candidates to the next stage of the clinical recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified German- and Polish-speaking prospects who have indicated interest in clinical trial participation. Clearly and accurately explain the clinical trial opportunity using approved scripts and materials, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines. Establish and qualify initial interest, handling questions professionally and empathetically. Administer basic eligibility screening questions and capture responses accurately in the designated system. Book suitable candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process or transfer them seamlessly to the appropriate clinical team. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records of all call outcomes, eligibility data, and follow-up actions. Meet or exceed agreed performance targets for contact rates, conversion to screening, and quality of data capture. Adhere strictly to data protection, GDPR, and clinical research compliance requirements at all times. Provide constructive feedback on scripts, processes, and candidate responses to support continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Language skills: Native or near-native fluency in German and/or Polish (spoken and written). Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in the target language(s). Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and confident telephone manner. Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or patient/clinical recruitment is highly desirable. Attention to detail: High accuracy in data entry and following structured scripts and eligibility criteria. Resilience: Ability to work effectively during night shifts (19:00–07:00) and maintain consistent performance and professionalism. Compliance mindset: Understanding of, or willingness to learn, data protection (GDPR) and ethical standards relevant to clinical research recruitment. Technical: Comfortable using CRM systems, diallers, and standard office software (MS Office / Google Workspace). Desirable Criteria Previous experience in clinical trial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical patient recruitment. Bilingual or multilingual capability covering both German and Polish. Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance-sensitive processes. Familiarity with medical or scientific terminology (training will be provided). Personal Attributes Empathetic and patient-focused approach when discussing health-related opportunities. Self-motivated with strong work ethic suited to night-shift operations. Adaptable and able to follow structured processes while exercising good judgment. Team-oriented and open to feedback and continuous improvement. Additional Information Full training will be provided on clinical trial protocols, approved scripts, eligibility criteria, systems, and compliance requirements. The role operates within a structured night-shift environment designed to align with the availability of target populations in German- and Polish-speaking markets This position forms part of the Georgia office expansion supporting clinical trial patient recruitment operations.
