09 November Company: Paragraph Tbilisi Hotel, Luxury Collection (Marriott International) Position: Cluster Director of Finance Location: Tbilisi Job type: Full-time Professional Experience: ** Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8+ years in financial operations, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role specifically within hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups. ** Full-Service/Brand Standards: Prior experience in full-service, luxury, or international hotel brand environments (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt) is frequently required. Technical & Professional Skills: ** Hospitality Software Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and specialized hotel accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, SunSystems, M3). ** Financial Management: Expertise in hotel accounting standards (USALI — Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry), dynamic forecasting, annual budgeting, P&L analysis, cash flow management, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning. ** Compliance & Auditing: Strong knowledge of local tax laws, financial auditing, payroll compliance, internal controls, and corporate reporting standards. Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies: ** Direct and oversee all property financial operations, purchasing, and internal audit functions. ** Advise the General Manager, regional executive team, and property owners on strategic financial decisions. ** Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounting team. ** Possess strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and high ethical integrity. Educational Qualifications: ** Bachelor`s Degree: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management. ** Certifications (Preferred/Advantageous): CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CHAE (Certified Hospitality Accounting Executive).
