What You'll Do Vision & Strategy Working on cluster-level strategy and roadmap; Managing products/projects – Requirements, Customer Journey, MVP, Backlog, and Roadmap; Collaborating with Business, AI, Data, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams; Measuring the delivered business value against the Business Case; Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for your cluster, connecting it explicitly to Bank of Georgia's overall strategy; Consolidate ideas and themes from multiple squads into a coherent investment thesis that resonates at company level; Anticipate market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technology and adjust cluster strategy accordingly; Lead change management for your cluster during strategic pivots or reorganizations. Business Outcomes Own the KPIs/KBOs for your cluster end-to-end - formation, tracking and course-correction; Make value-centric trade-off calls that balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic value; Build the dashboards and reporting that let stakeholders see cluster performance at a glance.
