Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Job type: Full-time General Requirements: ** Make rooms reservations ** Assisting guests with planning and booking reservations ** Handling all incoming calls with courtesy and communication skills to secure information necessary for completing a reservation ** Analyzing all requirements of the guest through telephone and emails and recommends suitable options and assists to confirm all reservations ** Managing all mails from guests and ensuring responses and completion of all guest requests everyday basis ** Upsell by offering additional services or special packages with details Candidate Profile (Education and Experience): ** Impeccable customer service skills and excellent communicator ** Languages: English & Russian skills (spoken & written) ** Sociable, good interpersonal skills, result oriented, cheerful & smiley personality, active & enthusiastic, team player ** Time management and problem solving skills ** Related work experience in an international environment (is a preference) The interested applicants should send their CV to: hrtbilisi@paragraphhotels.com Please indicate the position you
