## Job description

Looking for a Partner to Launch a Modern Tourism Company in Georgia 🇬🇪 I am launching a new, technology-driven tourism company focused on creating memorable experiences across Georgia, and I am looking for a co-founder or business partner to help bring this vision to life. While industry experience is a plus, my main priority is finding someone with a deep love for travel, a strong enthusiasm for showcasing the best of Georgia, and a proactive, responsible mindset. If you are passionate about the country, have a knack for planning, and are eager to build something new, I want to hear from you. What I provide: Initial funding for the project Access to a fleet of vehicles and professional drivers Full website and software development Operational and technical support to scale the business What I am looking for in a partner: A genuine passion for travel and Georgian tourism Fluency in both English and Russian (essential for managing our international client base) Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail A "hands-on" attitude to help shape our tours and routes Excellent communication skills to help build relationships with partners and travelers A long-term commitment to growing a high-quality, customer-focused brand If you are a motivated individual who wants to make an impact in the Georgian tourism sector, let’s build this together.
