This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in international education, university admissions, and student advising. Responsibilities: ** Assist the College Counseling team with organizing university fairs, information sessions, workshops, and other in-person or virtual events. ** Research universities, academic programs, scholarships, and admissions requirements. ** Create, maintain, and update university databases and counseling resources. ** Expand and strengthen the school`s network with universities and admissions representatives. ** Assist with organizing student documentation and application materials. ** Support the College Counseling team with administrative tasks related to university applications. ** Attend student and parent meetings and assist with follow-up communication when required. ** Prepare presentations, guides, and informational materials for students and families. ** Monitor university admissions updates, deadlines, and important announcements. ** Perform general administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.
