## Job description

Commercial Litigation Associate Location: Atlanta, GA A leading international law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Business Litigation practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded litigation and trial platform handling complex, high-stakes disputes for major corporate clients. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced trial teams and take meaningful responsibility across discovery, trial preparation and substantive litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Handle sophisticated commercial and business litigation Represent major corporate clients in high-stakes disputes Manage complex discovery and key case workstreams Draft substantive motions, briefs and other litigation documents Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis Assist with witness preparation and other aspects of trial preparation Contribute to case strategy alongside partners and senior litigators Work closely with collaborative trial teams throughout the litigation lifecycle Take increasing responsibility for matters as experience develops Who You Are 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience Large law firm or civil litigation boutique experience Significant experience managing discovery Strong trial preparation experience Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Outstanding academic credentials Strong analytical and legal research abilities Comfortable working collaboratively on sophisticated trial teams Local Bar admission required Compensation Competitive market compensation based on experience and qualifications.
