York Towers is expanding its Strategic Product Management team and is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Manager to support the continued growth and development of our real estate portfolio. Working alongside the existing manager, this role will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and launching real estate products aligned with market trends and the company’s strategic objectives. The position involves conducting market research, sourcing new projects, collaborating with developers, and ensuring that products meet customer needs while achieving the company’s financial and business goals. Responsibilities: 1. Product Sourcing & Development Identify and evaluate high-potential real estate products that align with market demand and company strategy. Conduct due diligence to assess the quality, feasibility, and profitability of potential projects Lead negotiations with developers to secure favorable terms and agreements. Define product segmentation, pricing, and positioning strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and successful product launch. Coordinate with relevant departments to review agreements and finalize deals. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance product offerings. 2. Market Research & Business Analysis Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential opportunities. Gather insights on customer preferences, buying behaviors, and financial capabilities. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product development and market positioning. 3. Financial & Commercial Feasibility Assist in preparing financial models and feasibility studies for new product launches. Work closely with the finance team to ensure new products align with budgetary and financial objectives. Support negotiations with financial institutions to facilitate financing options for real estate products. 4. Stakeholder & Partnership Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, banks, and financial institutions to enhance product offerings. Ensure seamless communication and alignment between stakeholders during project execution. Assist in the preparation and review of agreements and contracts related to product development. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful product launches. Ensure alignment across teams regarding product specifications, pricing strategies, and launch timelines . 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze the performance of newly launched products using key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare reports on product performance, market reception, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to optimize product success. Qualifications & Skills: ✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance or a related field is preferred. ✅Minimum of 2 years of experience in on similar position in Real estate industry ✅Solid Knowledge of Georgian Real Estate Market ✅Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. ✅Proficiency in English ✅Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. ✅Understanding of financial modeling and feasibility analysis is a plus. ✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools. ✅Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. ✅Proficiency in English language Why Join Us?
