20 August We`re Hiring: Community Coordinator at The Hub Co Working Space Location: Tbilisi, Georgia, Terenti Graneli 10/12 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 Salary: 1000 GEL net per month Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy meeting new people? The Hub Co Working Space is looking for a motivated and professional Community Coordinator to be the face of our vibrant community. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily operations. What You Will Do: ** Greet members and visitors with a warm, professional welcome ** Handle emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries ** Assist with viewings, meetings, and occasional client visits ** Support smooth daily operations, from desk bookings to supply tracking ** Help with onboarding new members and keeping the space organized ** Assist with light event coordination and social media tasks ** Report maintenance issues and collaborate with staff as needed What We Are Looking For: ** Fluent in Georgian and English (Ukrainian or Russian is a plus) ** Basic Excel skills are required ** Punctual and highly organized ** A clear communicator who is professional and eager to learn ** Friendly, proactive, and positive in a dynamic setting ** Canva or WordPress skills are a plus ** Reliable, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player Why Join Us: ** Be part of a supportive, international team and positive work culture ** Grow professionally and develop new skills ** Gain hands-on experience through collaborations with global partners Apply Now:
