Role Description The Congress Manager for Sales, Marketing & Operations will oversee the planning and execution of the Kolkhida Congress | Global Aesthetic Medicine Congress & Expo. This full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi involves managing congress logistics, including venue coordination, schedules, speaker and exhibitor relations, and participant experience. The role includes developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive attendance, sponsorships, and exhibitor engagement, while ensuring brand consistency across all congress communications and promotional materials. The Congress Manager will manage budgets, timelines, and operational workflows, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor performance metrics to optimize future events. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting planning, stakeholder communication, on-the-ground event supervision, post-event analysis, and continuous improvement of congress processes. Qualifications Strong event and congress management skills, including Meeting Planning and Congress coordination. Proficiency in Event Management, with experience handling complex, multi-day conferences or expos. Solid Budgeting capabilities, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting for events. Excellent Communication skills for working with speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and internal teams. Experience in sales and marketing for events, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship development, and brand promotion. Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues on-site. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines. Comfort working with digital tools for event registration, CRM, marketing campaigns, and analytics. Previous experience in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare-related congresses is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
