Key Responsibilities: Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance: Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards. Implement and enhance quality control measures to uphold high project standards. Monitor and report on the progress of the work, as well as the performance of the supervising consultant and key contracting staff. Ensure all QA procedures Budget and Cost Management : Lead the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Provide strategic input on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Recommend or action all submittals, variation requests and site instructions, and make suitable amendments to ensure budgets are maintained. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to navigate contractual complexities. Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and monitor site conditions to maintain a safe working environment.
