## Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Manager who will lead the full cycle of construction projects — from the Pre-Construction, Construction and Handover stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Planning, organizing and fully managing projects within established timelines, budgets and quality requirements; Coordinating the client, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other involved parties; Monitoring project progress, risks, changes and costs; Managing design, engineering and construction processes and ensuring compliance; Managing construction documentation (RFIs, Variation Orders, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, As-Built Drawings, etc.); Ensuring quality control, organizing site inspections and ensuring technical compliance; Preparing project reports and initiating improvements to internal processes. Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management (client-side experience preferred); Experience managing the full cycle of construction projects; Knowledge of international construction contracts and documentation (FIDIC experience will be considered an advantage); Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation; Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6; Fluency in English; PMP, PRINCE2 or a similar certification will be considered an advantage.
