Role Description The Consultant role at PALAIS DES THÉS is a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi. The Consultant will welcome and advise customers, offering guidance on tea varieties, preparation methods, and flavor profiles to create an engaging and educational in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and selling products, managing stock displays, maintaining a clean and inviting boutique environment, and processing transactions accurately. The role also involves sharing the brand’s history and values, supporting in-store events or tastings, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, tailored advice. Interest in tea, gastronomy, or specialty food products, with a willingness to learn about origin, preparation, and tasting.
