For 15 years, we have been consulting clients and developing our own solutions based on Microsoft products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and technologies in the fields of data and artificial intelligence. SMART business is looking for a Consultant/Analyst for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems in the payroll direction! Responsibilities: ** Participate in projects for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems. ** Analyze the client`s business processes. ** Collaborate with the development department by writing tasks for system modifications, controlling timelines, and ensuring quality. ** Configure systems according to the client`s business processes. ** Provide consulting support to users. ** Prepare user documentation. ** Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent service. ** Meet deadlines and report on completed work. What We Expect from You: ** Higher education (economics, finance, accounting, auditing, HR management). ** Skills in payroll calculation and system implementation. ** Experience with various payroll systems. ** At least 2 years of experience as a payroll systems analyst/consultant. ** Skills in payroll systems automation. ** Advanced level of English.
