Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This position is responsible for developing and producing engaging content that reflects the school’s values and educational philosophy across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials, as well as capturing photos and short videos of school activities when appropriate. The Content Creator will collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to gather information, tell authentic stories, and ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves monitoring content performance, maintaining a content calendar, and adapting materials for both Georgian and international audiences where needed. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in content writing and editing for digital and print platforms. Ability to plan and execute content strategies, including basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, including familiarity with photography or simple video creation. Proficiency in Georgian and good command of English for creating and adapting content. Understanding or interest in Montessori or child-centered education is highly beneficial.
