Job description

Signify is a B2B SaaS platform for document management and e-signatures. We are expanding internationally and our website is one of our primary acquisition channels. This role owns that channel. You will be responsible for the quality, clarity, and performance of everything we publish: website pages, landing pages, lead nurturing content, product materials, and blog. You will write the copy yourself. You will coordinate production with designers and freelancers when needed. You will manage localization into new markets. What you own 1. Website The website is your main deliverable. You are responsible for its content quality, completeness, and performance as an acquisition channel. Write and maintain copy for all product and marketing pages Build new pages as we expand to new markets and launch new features Brief the designer and coordinate production of visual assets Upload and manage content in our CMS (Strapi) Manage localization - define the workflow, coordinate local reviewers, own the outcome Ensure every page is written with SEO in mind - structure, intent, clarity 2. Landing pages Our marketers run campaigns. They need landing pages that convert. You will write the copy and coordinate production, working to their brief. 3. Lead nurturing and onboarding content Content that moves prospects and new users forward. Email sequences for onboarding and nurturing Newsletter content Help center articles 4. Blog and product content We are looking for someone who can produce content that reflects deep product understanding. Blog posts that support SEO and demonstrate product value Case studies - you will identify the story, write it, and see it through to publication 5. Product demo videos We need short videos that show the product clearly. You will either record and produce these yourself using available tools, or brief a motion animator and manage the project. Who We Are Looking For You have Experience working on a website that served as an acquisition channel - ideally for a SaaS or digital product Strong copywriting skills in English - you can produce content clearly, concisely, and with a product-oriented mindset Working knowledge of SEO - you do not need a technical background, but you understand how content structure and intent affect search performance Comfort with AI tools - you use them to work faster and smarter Experience with a CMS or similar publishing workflow Tools We currently use Strapi (CMS), Brevo (email), Notion, and Canva. You will also work with localization tooling and AI tools for content production. Experience with specific tools matters less than the ability to learn them quickly.
