Content Growth Manager Go Offer | Remote About the Role Go Offer helps IT specialists and professionals worldwide land jobs in the US and Europe through an AI-powered job matching platform, career mentorship programs, and automated job search tools. We're hiring a Content Growth Manager to build and own our organic growth engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube. This is not a content-posting role — it's a strategy and growth role where content is the primary channel. Responsibilities Develop and own the content strategy across all channels Plan publishing calendars, test new formats, and scale what works Analyze performance data to identify what drives followers, leads, and sales Write posts, script video content, and adapt materials across platforms Use AI tools to accelerate content production Interview internal experts and mentors to turn expertise into content Brief and manage contractors (designer, video editor, copywriter, media buyers) Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, partnerships, Telegram community growth Report on content analytics and continuously propose new growth hypotheses Requirements Proven experience growing social media channels with measurable results Experience building a content strategy from the ground up Strong LinkedIn experience specifically Strong copywriting skills Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to guide content decisions Experience managing projects independently, without detailed direction Comfort using AI tools (Claude, GPT, or similar) in daily workflow Nice to Have Experience in EdTech, HRTech, career services, or B2C products Understanding of the job search / recruitment market Experience building personal or expert brands
