As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a talented Content Manager to join our team in Tbilisi and play a key role in strengthening Cargo Polo's global brand presence. Key responsibilities: Content Planning & Creation: Develop monthly content calendars and create engaging, creative, and high-quality daily content, including posts, stories, and short-form videos. Designer Coordination: Prepare clear creative briefs for graphic designers, oversee the production of visual assets, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Production Management: Plan, organise, and coordinate photo and video shoots. Work closely with videographers, editors, and production teams to create engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and other multimedia content. Social Media Management (SMM): Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Content Management, Social Media Management or a similar marketing role (experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage). Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices, particularly for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Georgian and English . Experience planning and managing content production from concept development through final delivery. Ability to prepare detailed creative briefs and effectively communicate creative vision to designers and production teams. Personal qualities: Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated. Strong organisational and time management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
