Content Streaming Officer

Overview of the Role As a Content Streaming Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless sports content streaming experience at Arena Sports Bar. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sports—especially football—and enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will manage live sports broadcasts, maintain streaming systems, and ensure customers enjoy uninterrupted viewing experiences. What You'll Do Manage live sports content streaming services and event broadcasts. Organize and schedule weekly live sports events from relevant broadcasters. Update event calendars and streaming schedules on a daily basis. Monitor and maintain streaming quality throughout live events. Troubleshoot basic hardware and streaming-related technical issues. Coordinate with the Workplace Technology (WPT) team when technical support is required. Provide basic support using OBS Studio for content streaming. Manage music playback before and after major sporting events. Manage advertising and promotional content displayed before and after live events. Set up, monitor, and maintain audio-visual equipment. Update digital marketing banners and promotional content across screens and displays within the venue. Ensure customers have a smooth and uninterrupted viewing experience. Core Skills & Tools Basic knowledge of OBS Studio Familiarity with live streaming platforms and broadcasting services Understanding of networking fundamentals Basic hardware troubleshooting skills Knowledge of audio-visual equipment Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational and time management skills What You'll Bring A genuine passion for sports, especially football. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to remain calm and organized during live sporting events.
