THE WORK Lockheed Martin RMS and Derco, a Lockheed Martin Company, are seeking a Contract Management expert responsible for leading a team of contract professionals and directing all phases of the contracting process from initial shaping efforts through contract closeout with both customers and suppliers. The Contract Management Manager will develop processes in-line with the RMS Contracts, discover and promote best practices, and support various activities that will accelerate growth for the organization. Responsibilities Include Leading a team of contract professionals to support day-to-day business operations Reviewing United States government and foreign government solicitations and providing feedback to the business concerning compliance and regulatory requirements Drafting and negotiating complex contracts with domestic and international customers, including the United States government, foreign governments, and maintenance and repair organizations Drafting and negotiating contracts with domestic and international suppliers Analyzing contractual and operational areas of concern and developing risk mitigation strategies Providing advice and guidance to senior management and project staff on contractual matters and disputes Managing company processes for contract review, administration and approval Securing requisite corporate approvals and delegations of authority in support of proposal submissions and customer contracts Overseeing preparation and negotiation of standard terms of purchase, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, letters, and memoranda in connection with Derco’s day-to-day customer, partner, and supplier relationships Leading compliance initiatives and process improvements US Citizenship is required due to program and ECI requirements.
