This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility across complex investment structures, fund formation, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. The associate will work closely with experienced corporate attorneys on high-value and strategically important matters, with substantial exposure to the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of sophisticated investment arrangements. The Role The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and investment matters, including: Formation and structuring of private investment funds and related entities Drafting and negotiating complex partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements Joint venture and strategic investment transactions Private equity transactions and related corporate matters Preparing and negotiating investment and governance documentation Advising clients throughout the lifecycle of sophisticated corporate investments The position offers the opportunity to develop deeper expertise in fund formation and partnership structures while maintaining exposure to a varied corporate transactional practice. Candidate Profile Candidates should have at least two years of relevant transactional experience within a law firm , ideally involving fund formation, joint ventures, private equity, or closely related corporate matters. Experience with partnership tax, or a working familiarity with partnership tax concepts, would be beneficial but is not required. Candidates must have a JD and previous experience working in a law firm , together with strong academic credentials. Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. This opportunity will particularly suit an associate looking for sophisticated transactional work, direct involvement in complex investment matters, and a platform to continue developing a high-level corporate practice.
