Major Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Corporate Department in acquiring and expanding the client portfolio; Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in deal structuring and negotiations; Work closely with Credit Analysts to ensure a smooth and timely credit review and approval process aligned with client expectations; Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to prepare, negotiate, and execute loan documentation; Support the Corporate Banking team in cross-selling additional banking products such as payroll programs, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial services. Qualifications Required: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance; a Master’s degree is preferred; Work Experience : At least 2 years of experience in corporate banking or the financial sector; Languages : Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, Good knowledge of the English language. Technical Knowledge and Skills : MS Office -proficient User, excellent in Excel.
