This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of cost control principles, excellent numerical and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and supporting the hotel`s financial and commercial objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: ** Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and compliance with internal procedures. ** Monitor food and beverage costs, consumption, and inventory movements. ** Support physical inventory counts, reconcile results, and investigate variances. ** Maintain accurate recipe and product costing data. ** Prepare periodic reports and support the month-end closing process. ** Collaborate with operational teams to reduce waste and improve cost control. Requirements: ** A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ** At least 2 years of experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or a relevant finance role. ** Sound understanding of costing, inventory control, and variance analysis. ** Proficiency in Excel and relevant accounting or inventory management systems. ** Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and knowledge of HRS BO, Micros, or 1C would be an advantage. ** Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ** Effective organization and deadline management. ** Clear communication and a collaborative approach. ** Accountability and professional integrity.
