## Job description

🌎 **Country Head — European Markets**
📍 **Location:** Europe / Kyiv | Remote

We are looking for an experienced **Country Head** to lead and scale operations in one of Europe’s key **Tier-1 iGaming markets**.

✅ **Requirements:**
• **Proven experience launching an iGaming product in a European market is mandatory**
• 5+ years of experience in iGaming, with strong knowledge of Tier-1 European markets
• Proven track record as a **Country Manager / Head of Region**
• Strong understanding of market strategy, P&L, budgeting, KPIs and growth metrics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Fluent English

📌 **Responsibilities:**
• Take full ownership of the product’s market entry, development and business performance
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Manage local operations and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Analyse market trends, competitors and user behaviour
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
• Work closely with C-level leadership on key business decisions
