What you’ll own: Produce 25-35 ad creatives per week: statics, AI-assisted video ads, iterations of winners Turn concepts and scripts from our creative strategist into scroll-stopping ads for US consumers Master our AI workflows (image, video, editing) — we’ll train you, you’ll execute faster than any traditional editor Analyze what wins and iterate relentlessly: every Friday, your creatives compete on real ad spend data What we expect: Proven experience creating ad creatives for US ecommerce brands (Meta/TikTok) Fluent English and real understanding of US consumer culture Already using AI tools in your creative workflow — or hungry to become elite at it Full-time, dedicated to one brand, long-term. No agencies, no side-gig jugglers.
