## Job description

🏢 Company: Helios Nautical Crewing / Helios Shipping LLC We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Crew Operations Manager to manage assigned crewing operations and coordinate the work of Crew Operators and Crewing Assistants. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate day-to-day crewing operations; Plan and coordinate crew changes; Manage the full recruitment and selection process for seafarers; Develop and maintain a qualified seafarer pool; Ensure timely verification of certificates, licenses, medicals, visas and employment documents; Prepare and maintain long-term crew planning and vessel manning; Coordinate communication with shipowners, Masters, agents, training centres and seafarers; Ensure compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, Flag State and company requirements; Prepare operational reports, recruitment updates, crew statistics and KPIs; Resolve operational crewing issues and ensure uninterrupted vessel operations; Support seafarer performance evaluations, promotions, retention and replacements; Coordinate training requirements and monitor certification validity; Support audits, inspections and client reviews related to crew management; Lead internal and client meetings related to assigned crewing operations.
