Crew Manager

Crew Manager Location: Batumi, Georgia (Office) Key Responsibilities Manage crew planning, recruitment, and crew changes. Coordinate seafarer documentation and certification. Communicate with shipowners, vessels, and seafarers. Ensure compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, and company procedures. Maintain accurate crew records and support daily crewing operations. Requirements Previous experience in Crew Management or Crewing Operations. Good knowledge of maritime documentation and crew change procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills.
