02 August Position Overview: Petra Group is seeking a highly organized and analytically minded CRM Manager responsible for the effective operation, administration, and continuous development of the company`s CRM system. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity, monitoring compliance with established processes, supporting users, and ensuring that all business activities are accurately recorded and managed within Bitrix24. Department Operations Reports To Head of Operations Location Tbilisi, Georgia The CRM Manager serves as the guardian of CRM discipline across the entire organization, providing quality control, performance monitoring, reporting, and process optimization to support the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ** Manage and administer the Bitrix24 CRM platform. ** Ensure uninterrupted and efficient CRM operation across all departments. ** Manage and control user access rights within the system. ** Monitor daily compliance of all teams with CRM standards and procedures. ** Ensure all leads, contacts, deals, activities, and communications are properly recorded in Bitrix24. ** Conduct daily audit of sales records and deal pipelines. ** Oversee process compliance across all areas integrated into CRM: sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and project management. ** Provide day-to-day support to CRM users across all departments. ** Prepare management-level reports, analytical dashboards, and KPI summaries. ** Identify inefficiencies in CRM workflows and business processes. ** Recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: ** Minimum 1 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business process management, or CRM quality control. ** Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 is strongly preferred Personal Qualities: ** High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. ** Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. ** Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
