**We're looking for a CRM Platform Analyst (Middle).**
If you're passionate about CRM systems, enjoy improving processes, and love turning data into actionable insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
**What you'll do:**

Manage and optimise HubSpot and Pipedrive across multiple teams
Build and improve CRM workflows and automation
Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions
Analyse CRM data and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities
Improve CRM processes and drive user adoption
Support 30–40+ users with CRM-related questions and best practices
**What we're looking for:**

Several years of hands-on CRM experience (CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst, or similar)
Experience with HubSpot (setup, automation, and user support)
Experience with Pipedrive
Strong analytical skills and reporting experience
English (B2+) and Russian (B2+) are required
**Nice to have:**

Business Analysis experience
Experience building CRM processes from scratch
